At Jamal Al Rijaal, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Cash on Delivery Orders Since all orders are placed on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, no advance payment is required, and no online refund process applies at the time of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery. Used or opened products cannot be returned or exchanged due to the personal-care nature of the product, unless found to be defective.
