About Us Jamal Al Rijaal is a Pakistan-based haircare brand offering porosity-specific hair oils. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Orders All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or incorrect pricing/product information.

Pricing All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

Payment We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is due at the time of delivery.

Product Information We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images. Minor variations in product appearance (e.g. bottle design, color) may occur.

Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us directly. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return per our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability Jamal Al Rijaal is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Please perform a patch test before first use if you have sensitive skin or known allergies to any of the listed ingredients.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
